Their provenance from this world-renowned maturation region guarantees barrels with strong character, high quality, and an authentic aromatic profile.

During many years of brandy maturation, these barriques have developed a complex spectrum of aromas embedded deep within the wood. Typical notes include warm dried fruits, grapes, caramel, and gentle sweetness, complemented by subtle spice, vanilla, and elegant oak tones from French oak. The relatively compact barrique size ensures an intense yet well-controlled aroma transfer.

Thanks to these characteristics, the 225-liter brandy barrels are ideally suited for finishing as well as for the storage and aging of premium spirits such as whisky, rum, and brandy. Barrel-aged beers also benefit from the balanced interplay of fruit, oak, and soft sweetness, adding depth and structure to the final product.

All barriques are carefully selected, inspected, and professionally prepared to ensure optimal conditions for successful re-filling. These French oak brandy barriques are the ideal choice for producers seeking a character-driven, aromatically expressive oak barrel with clear provenance and versatile applications.

FLAVOURS:

DOWNLOAD: Guidelines for Used Barrels

NOTE: The sale of our products is exclusively to businesses or commercial customers as defined in §14 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
