For over four generations, the family business has been led by Mathieu Maury, establishing itself as a premium cooperage with an exceptional reputation. 90% of its production is supplied to the most prestigious Grand Cru Classé Châteaux—a testament to the outstanding quality and trust in the Maury brand.

The 600-liter Tonneaux barrels from Maury & Fils offer winemakers the opportunity to produce wines with particularly gentle and prolonged aging. These barrels combine the meticulous selection of premium French oak with a traditional, artisanal production process. Each barrel is crafted with the utmost precision to ensure optimal support and refinement of the wine.

The generous capacity of the 600-liter Tonneaux allows for an even more delicate interaction between the wine and the wood. This feature preserves the fruitiness of the wine while imparting greater depth, structure, and a subtle, complex oak aromatic profile. This makes the barrels ideal for wines that benefit from a subtle, harmonious development.

The 600-liter Tonneaux casks from Maury & Fils are perfectly suited for red wines and complex white wines that require slow, balanced aging. The perfect balance between fruit and oak allows for the development of unique flavor profiles, elevating your wines to a new level of quality.

DOWNLOAD: Guidelines for new barrels

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Our products are exclusively sold to businesses or traders as defined by § 14 of the German Civil Code.
