These freshly emptied large-format casks come from renowned Bordeaux châteaux and were previously filled with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot – one of the world’s most respected red wine blends, known for depth, complexity, and firm tannins.

With their increased volume, 350 L Tonneaux are ideal for producers seeking controlled long-term maturation and exceptionally balanced oak integration.

MORE VOLUME, GENTLER FLAVOR DEVELOPMENT
Compared to smaller barriques or 300 L barrels, the 350 L format ensures even slower, more refined flavor evolution. The optimized wood-to-liquid ratio allows for subtle, precisely controlled aroma transfer while preserving fruit clarity and structural definition.

This makes these barrels perfect for wine, whisky, rum, brandy, or complex craft beer projects that benefit from elegant red wine influence without excessive oak dominance.

CLASSIC BORDEAUX AROMAS WITH CLEAR STRUCTURE
Crafted from premium French oak, the staves reflect the maturation of traditional Bordeaux cuvées.
