These freshly emptied casks originate from prestigious Bordeaux châteaux and were previously filled with structured Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot cuvées - wines renowned for tannin precision, depth, and exceptional aging potential.

With a capacity of 600 liters, these Tonneaux offer an exceptionally low wood-to-liquid ratio. This allows for very slow, even aroma transfer and ensures a calm, stable maturation process where the character of the spirit, wine, or beer remains at the forefront. The 600 L format is ideal for long-term aging, large-batch projects, and structure-driven finishing concepts where precision is more important than rapid oak impact.

CLASSIC BORDEAUX AROMATICS WITH SUBTLE INTEGRATION
The premium French oak staves reflect the maturation of traditional Bordeaux blends. Expect notes of cassis, dark plum, and black cherry, complemented by cedarwood, fine spice, and clearly defined tannins.

Thanks to the substantial volume, oak influence is integrated with exceptional subtlety. Whisky, rum, brandy, wine, and robust craft beers benefit from a precise, dry red wine imprint that adds depth without dominating the base product.

DIRECT BORDEAUX SOURCING & PROFESSIONAL PREPARATION
Our 600 L Bordeaux Tonneaux are sourced directly from the region of origin and carefully inspected and technically prepared in our cooperage.
