These freshly emptied barriques originate from renowned wineries in Burgundy and were previously filled with Pinot Noir – a grape variety prized for its delicate aromatics, silky texture, and precise balance.

The barrels display a sophisticated aromatic profile that clearly differs from more powerful red wine styles. Velvety notes of cherry, red berries, and blackcurrant are complemented by subtle floral nuances, gentle spice, and an elegant French oak structure. This makes Pinot Noir barrels ideal for the aging and finishing of whisky, gin, rum, and beer, while also being perfectly suited for the maturation of a wide range of wines.

DELICATE AROMATICS FOR PRECISION FINISHING PROJECTS
The relatively soft tannins and refined fruit character of Pinot Noir allow for controlled aroma transfer without dominating the product. Spirits and beers gain elegance, freshness, and depth while preserving their individual identity.

These barrels are especially popular for light or fruit-forward distillates, refined gins, and finely balanced craft beers, where subtlety and harmony are essential.

VERIFIED QUALITY FROM A PRESTIGIOUS BURGUNDY ORIGIN
After being emptied, each barrel is carefully inspected and technically prepared in our cooperage.
