At its core is the distinct rye spice, supported by subtle herbal notes, gentle sweetness, and elegant spice nuances.

Hints of cinnamon, nutmeg, and a touch of fresh mint add complexity, while the oak structure provides depth and stability. The reduced volume increases the wood-to-liquid contact surface.

This design leads to faster and more intense flavor development, allowing targeted control of the maturation process – ideal for modern and dynamic production approaches.

CRAFTSMANSHIP & RELIABLE QUALITY
Each reconstructed barrel is carefully refurbished by experienced coopers.
