These barrels combine centuries-old craftsmanship with state-of-the-art techniques and are specifically designed for the aging of premium wines.

To ensure optimal quality, the wood is naturally air-dried for 24 to 36 months. This process promotes a particularly fine grain structure, allowing for the harmonious release of elegant aromas. French oak imparts a subtle balance of spicy, nutty, and delicate toasty notes, which blend perfectly with the wine’s fruit structure.

These Burgundy barriques are the perfect choice for winemakers looking to add complexity, depth, and refinement to their wines.

DOWNLOAD: Guidelines for new barrels

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Our products are exclusively sold to businesses or traders as defined by § 14 of the German Civil Code.
