Our Barrel Kits are cut from fine-grained French oak and toasted over a wood fire. The raw staves have been seasoned and dried for at least 24 months. The wood comes from the most exclusive forests in France.

In order to restore your neutral barrels to their original characteristics and intensify your wines, distillates and beers as necessary, our Barrel Kits are an innovative solution. For an easy installation, you screw the stainless eye hook into the bottom of the bung, thread the end loop through the eye hook and over the top of the bung. Cinch the cord to anchor the Barrel Kit to the bung and then feed the Kit sections into the barrel.
