Sourced directly from the island’s legendary distilleries - known for their unmistakable “High Ester” rum style - these casks embody fermented tropical fruit intensity, bold spice, and exceptional depth.

Each original 200-liter barrel has matured authentic Jamaican rum for years under tropical conditions. The island’s warm, humid climate accelerates the interaction between spirit and oak, creating a complex, multi-layered aroma profile full of Caribbean energy and character.

AROMATIC EXPLOSION WITH TROPICAL SPICE
Crafted primarily from American white oak, these barrels are deeply infused with the iconic notes of Jamaican rum: Ripe banana, pineapple, dark fruit, molasses, nutmeg, vanilla, and a hint of honey.
When reused, they impart these bold, fruity-spicy flavors into whisky, beer, gin, or rum, enhancing each product with depth, warmth, and exotic intensity.

Our Jamaican rum casks are sourced directly from selected distilleries and then carefully inspected and reconditioned in our cooperages. Each barrel is tested for tightness, and technically refined - while preserving its original aromatic essence.

The result is a fully functional, aromatically active barrel that retains the pure spirit of Caribbean rum aging - bold, natural, and built to last.
