Our reconditioned Stout beer barrels are exclusive handcrafted originals with powerful character and an unmistakable flavor profile. In our cooperages, authentic pre-seasoned Stout beer barrels made from French oak are transformed into high-quality smaller oak casks – ideal for aging, refining, and flavoring spirits and beer.

Each barrel represents precise craftsmanship, sustainable material use, and years of expertise in working with seasoned oak from Europe’s finest breweries and distilleries.

FROM ORIGINAL CASK TO HANDCRAFTED MASTERPIECE
Original Stout barrels made from French oak are carefully dismantled, the staves precisely trimmed, and reassembled in traditional coopering style to create smaller oak barrels – available in 27, 55, or 110 liters.

These reconditioned barrels retain the deep, rich aromas of dark chocolate, coffee, caramel, and roasted malt that are deeply embedded in the wood. Combined with the fine oak spice and subtle vanilla notes of French oak, they offer a complex, full-bodied aroma spectrum – perfect for distilleries and breweries looking to add a malty, roasted, and spicy touch to their creations.

CRAFTSMANSHIP & SUSTAINABLE RECONDITIONING
Our experienced coopers carefully restore every barrel: the staves are sanded, and precisely reassembled, while hoops are adjusted or replaced as needed to ensure stability and a perfect seal.

The result is a technically and visually superior reconditioned barrel that unites tradition, sustainability, and functionality in perfect balance. Each piece is a unique handcrafted original with history and character – created for exceptional results in maturation and finishing.
