It is produced exclusively in the bodegas of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, where the unique Atlantic coastal microclimate plays a decisive role in its maturation.

Like Fino, Manzanilla is aged entirely through biological maturation under a protective layer of flor yeast. Due to the consistently high humidity and proximity to the sea, the sherry develops a particularly fresh, floral, and subtly saline aromatic profile - characteristics that become deeply embedded in the barrel wood. The Palomino grape variety provides clarity, precision, and structural balance.
