SMALL FORMAT FOR DYNAMIC MATURATION
For reconstruction, original whisky barrels are professionally dismantled and rebuilt. The staves are shortened, refitted, and assembled into smaller casks using traditional methods.

The reduced volume significantly increases the wood-to-liquid contact surface, leading to faster flavor development and allowing precise control over the maturation process.

Each reconstructed barrel is carefully refurbished by experienced coopers. The wood structure is inspected, the barrel bodies rebuilt, and the hoops adjusted or renewed.
