Our used red wine barrels made from American oak are meticulously refurbished in our specialized cooperages using the proven STR process. Each barrel is thoroughly cleaned, the exterior is sanded, and the interior is carefully shaved (Shaving). The barrels are then gently toasted or charred—depending on your preference—to bring out new layers of aromatic complexity.

These fully renovated oak barrels offer a high-quality yet cost-effective alternative to new barriques. They are ideal for aging wine, beer, or spirits, allowing for controlled maturation with refined oak character and fresh nuance.
