These exclusive, used vats from Gamba have undergone a comprehensive and meticulous renovation to restore their functionality and aesthetics to the highest level. During this restoration, the interior surfaces of the vats were precisely planed to remove any residues and to create a smooth, even surface that optimally supports the fermentation process. The exterior surfaces were also completely sanded, giving the vats a like-new appearance and restoring them to their full shine.

Thanks to these intensive refurbishment measures, the tanks are in excellent condition, making them immediately ready for use in your production. To best tailor the tanks to your individual needs, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance which connection fittings you prefer for the clear and residual drainage (e.g., DIN, Garolla, Macon, or other connection systems).
