Our 350-liter Marsala casks come directly from renowned wineries in Sicily and have been freshly emptied of their noble sweet Marsala Rubino. These casks carry the full aromatic richness of the famous fortified wine within them and impart this character to every subsequent filling.

The staves are infused with deep, fruit-forward notes that the Marsala has developed in the wood over the years: intense aromas of sun-ripened cherries, dried apricots, and raisins blend with hints of figs, honey, and caramel. A fine, elegant acidity balances the sweetness and creates a lively interplay of flavors.

Thanks to this unique aromatic profile, the casks are perfectly suited for the maturation and refinement of whisky, rum, gin, beer, or cider. Each cask contributes an unmistakable depth and complexity to new products, offering producers exciting opportunities for creative cask finishing.
