Our Oak Chips are cut from fine-grained American oak. The raw staves have been seasoned and dried for at least 24 months. The wood is harvested in Missouri and Pennsylvania.
By determining the desired expression of your wines, spirits or beers through preliminary tests, chips can be optimally used in different stages of your wine making, distilling or brewing process.
The use of oak adjuncts may be subject to authorizations, conditions or regulations in certain regions or countries. We assume no liability for the usage of these products!
