FROM BOURBON BARREL TO ACTIVE AGING CASK
For reconstruction, original bourbon barrels are professionally dismantled. The staves are precisely shortened, newly fitted, and reassembled using traditional cooperage techniques to create smaller casks.

The reduced volume increases the surface area between wood and liquid, intensifying flavor interaction. This makes these reconstructed barrels particularly suitable for shorter maturation periods and targeted finishing.

CRAFTSMANSHIP & RELIABLE PERFORMANCE
Each reconstructed barrel is carefully refurbished by experienced coopers. The staves are inspected and reworked, the barrel bodies are rebuilt, and the hoops are adjusted or renewed.

Special attention is given to tightness, wood structure, and sensory quality to ensure consistently high performance during refilling.
