Our reconditioned Cherry Brandy barrels are exclusive, one-of-a-kind pieces full of history, character, and distinctive aroma. In our cooperages, authentic pre-seasoned Cherry Brandy casks made from French oak are transformed into premium smaller oak barrels – ideal for professional aging and flavor enhancement of spirits and beer.

FROM ORIGINAL CASK TO HANDCRAFTED MASTERPIECE
Original Cherry Brandy barrels are carefully dismantled, the French oak staves precisely trimmed, and reassembled using traditional coopering methods to create smaller barrels – available in sizes such as 27, 55, or 110 liters.

These reconditioned barrels preserve the signature Cherry Brandy aromas deeply embedded in the wood: rich notes of ripe cherries, almond, vanilla, and cinnamon merge with the elegant oak spice of French wood, creating a truly unique flavor profile. The result is a barrel with deep, fruity-spicy character – perfect for distilleries and breweries aiming to give their products a refined Cherry Brandy touch.

Our experienced coopers ensure that every reconditioned barrel meets the highest quality standards. Each stave is meticulously prepared, the exterior finely sanded, and the hoops adjusted, replaced, or renewed.
