Our Cabernet–Merlot red wine barrels from Bordeaux represent timeless winemaking tradition combined with precise cooperage craftsmanship. These freshly emptied barriques come from renowned châteaux in the Bordeaux region and were previously filled with the iconic grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot - a cuvée celebrated worldwide for depth, balance, and exceptional aging potential.

Crafted from premium French oak, these barrels display a classic Bordeaux-style aroma profile: dark berries, plum, and cherry harmonize with subtle spice, cedarwood, and elegant tannins. This refined structure makes them ideal for the aging and finishing of wine, whisky, rum, gin, or beer, especially where fruit complexity, body, and a dry, noble finish are desired.

PRECISION PREPARATION FOR PROFESSIONAL REUSE
After emptying, each barrel is carefully inspected and technically prepared in our cooperage. Tightness, wood integrity, and aroma fidelity are the top priorities - ensuring every cask is ready for immediate reuse and releases its character in a controlled, predictable way.

Thanks to our extensive network in Bordeaux, we can respond to specific requests - such as particular châteaux, cooperages, barrel age, or number of previous fills. This allows us to supply tailor-made barrels for individual maturation projects.
