AROMATIC VARIETY WITH A SOUTH AMERICAN SOUL
Paraguayan rum is celebrated for its silky texture and balanced sweetness, enriched with fruity and spicy undertones. During years of tropical aging, the rum’s essence penetrates deep into the oak, creating casks that release notes of vanilla, toffee, caramel, and exotic fruit, layered with subtle cocoa and spice nuances.

When reused, these barrels impart a rounded, mildly sweet, and tropical-spicy character to whisky, rum, gin, beer, or cider - enhancing each with luxurious depth and balance.

Our Paraguay rum casks are extremely limited, sourced only from small, traditional distilleries.
After emptying, each barrel is carefully inspected and reconditioned in our cooperages to ensure technical integrity and aromatic activity.
