WHAT IS GAT?
GRAND AROMA TOASTING is a patented, all-natural process in which high-quality oak barrels are gently toasted using selected botanicals such as flowers, herbs, or bark. Through controlled application of heat, essential oils are deeply embedded into the wood – creating aromas that later unfold elegantly in the spirit.
THREE YEARS OF DEVELOPMENT AND CRAFTSMANSHIP
Over a three-year development period, the interplay between wood, heat, and natural aromatic agents was perfected through science and craftsmanship. The result: a barrel that does more than age – it enhances with character, depth, and finesse.
