Haitian rum is known for its authentic, bold character and complex aroma profile. Made from fresh sugarcane juice, it boasts an unparalleled freshness and depth. Green bananas, ripe citrus fruits, and spicy herbal notes blend harmoniously with delicate hints of white pepper, nutmeg, and fermented sweetness. The additional aging in Cognac-infused oak softens the edges, adding layers of honey, raisins, and subtle oak spice, while preserving its signature vibrancy.

These high-quality 300-liter French oak casks tell a story of traditional craftsmanship and extraordinary aging. Initially, they were seasoned with the finest Cognac before being used for the secondary maturation of a unique Haitian rum.

The rum was first aged in ex-bourbon barrels, where it developed intense aromas of vanilla, caramel, and toasted wood. It then spent several more years in these French oak casks, which had previously held Cognac. This final stage added additional notes of dried fruits, cocoa, and delicate tannins.

Now, these exceptional casks are available—perfect for enhancing spirits, beer, or other specialty beverages. They offer a unique combination of rum, Cognac, and oak influences, bringing an unparalleled depth and complexity to any product.
