GAT represents a 100% natural process, utilizing fire-toasting of oak barrels with specific aromatic woods and botanicals. These carefully selected elements release and infuse rich aromatic compounds and essential oils into the oak barrels under precise temperature and environmental conditions. This meticulous process grants us unparalleled control over aroma and flavor profiles, unlocking a diverse spectrum of flavors for spirit maturation.
After an exhaustive three-year research and development journey, we've gained a profound understanding of how each aromatic element interacts uniquely during the toasting process. This has enabled us to unlock individual aromas, enriching the essence of spirits within premium oak barrels.
