These barrels will be resized either to 55 l or 110 l from our original Cognac Barrels. Our master coopers dismantle the original barrels, shorten the staves and reuse them to hand-build first-class small used barrels. During the finish, the wooden barrels are sanded on the outside as needed and the hoops are adjusted, replaced or renewed in some cases.
