Our used 228-liter barriques made from French oak are fully refurbished in our specialized cooperages in France using the proven STR process (Shaving, Toasting, Recharring). Each barrel is thoroughly cleaned, the exterior is carefully sanded, and the interior is expertly shaved to make room for fresh flavor development.

Depending on your preference, the barrels are then re-toasted or charred to match the desired aromatic profile - tailored to your specific needs. The result is a barrel that combines fresh oak character with the smooth complexity of French oak.

These renovated barriques offer an excellent alternative to new barrels - high in quality, sensorially intriguing, and economically appealing. Perfect for aging wine, beer, or spirits.
