Barrels, which are used for the maturation of the Andalusian Moscatel, are preferably made of American oak. This has a direct influence on the aroma. Due to the emerging vanilla and toasted notes that this type of oak brings in and together with the age of these oak barrels, a slightly more spicy character comes to the fore. Our exclusive partner Casknolia selects the wooden barrels under strict quality criteria.
