Due to this long seasoning period and their authentic origin, these barrels are extremely rare today and exceptionally difficult to source.

Crafted from premium French oak, they combine traditional cooperage craftsmanship with a deeply embedded aromatic legacy. Over many years of use, the Calvados has penetrated the wood, leaving behind its distinctive fruit-driven character. When reused, the barrels impart elegant notes of ripe apples and pears, complemented by soft vanilla and caramel tones derived from the French oak.
