They originate from traditional Andalusian bodegas and were, for decades, an integral part of the solera system - a maturation method renowned like no other for continuity, depth, and generational quality. During this time, the casks were not merely “used,” but carefully maintained and continuously nourished with mature brandy.

Through decades of solera aging, these casks have developed extremely dense and multi-layered aromatic reserves. The wood is fully saturated with brandy and conveys intense notes of dried fruits, raisins, figs, and dates, accompanied by dark caramel, toffee, honey, roasted nuts, and fine hints of coffee and cocoa.
