These original 500-liter Recioto casks come directly from the renowned Ilatium Morini in Venetia, a winery celebrated for its powerful and expressive wines. Over a period of five to seven years, the barrels were filled with high-quality Recioto, during which time they developed an exceptionally dense and multi-layered aromatic profile. Through this intensive use, the wood tannins have become harmoniously integrated, while the characteristic notes of the Recioto have deeply penetrated the oak.

The result is a barrel with a distinctive and unmistakable character: ripe dark fruit aromas such as cherry and plum, delicate hints of raisin, accompanied by warm spice, subtle sweetness, and elegant nuances of vanilla, cocoa, and fine oak.
