Fino is a young dry sherry. The aroma is fresh and reminiscent of herbs and almonds. The aging process takes place under a yeast layer (flor) - so it is protected from oxidation the entire time. These American Oak Fino sherry barrels were used in Andalusia for a long time under the care of Casknolia®. They are delivered directly to our customers in excellent quality.
