This is a really classic single malt scotch made from malted barley that is first cold smoked and then dried over a peat fire. The smoke of the unique Islay peat gives Laphroaig® its particularly rich, strong and smoky taste. The full-bodied sweetness, which is supported by the wood of the American oak, makes these barrels indispensable for a special use.
