We offer freshly emptied Amontillado sherry casks from our exclusive partner Casknolia in Andalusia. The barrels will be manufactured (not resized) and filled by Toneleria del Sur. These premium barrels are ideal for maturing all kinds of beer and spirits. The relatively dry Amontillado has usually been aged for 10 to 15 years. It has a golden brown color and a nutty aroma.
