These exclusive barrels are produced by Toneleria del Sur in Andalusia and then filled with Palo Cortado Sherry for 12 to 18 months in the surrounding bodegas. This sherry type combines the characterful aromas of Amontillado and Oloroso. It has a very dark color and impresses with its complexity.
