While closely related to the Fino style, Manzanilla has its own clearly defined character. It is produced exclusively in the bodegas of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, where the unique Atlantic coastal microclimate plays a decisive role in its maturation.

Like Fino, Manzanilla is aged entirely through biological maturation under a protective layer of flor yeast. Due to the consistently high humidity and proximity to the sea, the sherry develops a particularly fresh, floral, and subtly saline aromatic profile - characteristics that become deeply embedded in the barrel wood. The Palomino grape variety provides clarity, precision, and structural balance.
